Following the evolution of the COVID-19 situation, we have taken additional security measures to protect the health of our employees. Therefore please take note of the following changes:

• Our Ste-Cécile-de-Milton business office will be closed until further notice.
• No payment will be accepted at the counter of our business offices in Sherbrooke and Valcourt. You can pay your bill in one of the following ways:
  • By cash via our payment drop at 5521 chemin de l’Aéroport.
  • By credit card or by telephone
  • By check by mail or via our payment drop
  • By bank transfer, with your financial institution (no interac transfer is accepted)
  • By signing up for pre-authorized payment

• The only people authorized to present themselves at our counters are those who will present themselves for:
  • Equipment exchange
  • Collecting equipment
• We only accept 1 visitor at a time. Thank you for respecting a minimum of 2 meters with our agents.
